Please find instructions below to resolve the majority of problems you may be experiencing with OneNote on the iPad.
- Access Settings on your iPad
- Scroll down and select the OneNote App
- Select “Reset OneNote”
- Turn on “Delete All Notebooks”
- Turn on “Delete Login Credentials” !(ONLY DO THIS STEP IF YOU KNOW YOUR LOGIN DETAILS)!
- Close Settings and close OneNote if open, then open/re-open OneNote.
- Select sign
- Sign in with your school login
You will then be able to re-sync the required OneNote notes book by accessing them through Teams and selecting open in app.
