Please find instructions below to resolve the majority of problems you may be experiencing with OneNote on the iPad.

 

  1. Access Settings on your iPad
  2. Scroll down and select the OneNote App
  3. Select “Reset OneNote”
  4. Turn on “Delete All Notebooks”
  5. Turn on  “Delete Login Credentials” !(ONLY DO THIS STEP IF YOU KNOW YOUR LOGIN DETAILS)!
  6. Close Settings and close OneNote if open, then open/re-open OneNote.
  7. Select sign 
  8. Sign in with your school login

 

You will then be able to re-sync the required OneNote notes book by accessing them through Teams and selecting open in app.
